Key Responsibilities:
– Content Creation and Posting Management:
Work closely with the media agency to create and manage engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and posting of content to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing goals.
– Lead Delivery Management:
Ensure the smooth delivery of leads from marketing campaigns to sales teams.
Monitor lead quality and ensure timely follow-up and engagement to optimize conversion rates.
– Report Management:
Generate and manage detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze marketing metrics, trends, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future strategy adjustments.
– Strategy Creation:
Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Identify target markets, define goals, and propose creative solutions to achieve business objectives.
– Lead Management and Reporting:
Oversee the lead management process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting of lead progress.
Regularly report to stakeholders on the status and performance of leads, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
– SEO Management:
Work closely with the media agency to create and manage engaging, high-quality backlinks and track results
Coordination with Sales Manager:
Work closely with the Sales Manager to track the teams progress towards sales targets and ensure that marketing leads are being effectively managed.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure seamless communication between departments.

– Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
